CLARK FREEPORT — The Clark Development Corp. has renewed its partnership with PLDT Clarktel Inc., reinforcing systems that support its daytoday operations towards Clark’s further expansion as a business and investment center.
Signed by CDC president and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera and PLDT Clarktel president and CEO Javier Lagdameo on June 10 at the Clark Visitors Center here, agreement covers the continued provision of digital tools and connectivity services used by locator firms, workers, and government units operating within the freeport.
“Clark’s continued growth depends not only on physical infrastructure, but also on systems and partnerships that ensure operations remain reliable and responsive,” Devanadera said, stressing that the collaboration forms part of efforts to maintain operational efficiency while supporting Clark’s role as a key economic hub in Central Luzon.
Clark Freeport currently hosts more than 1,200 businesses and supports over 150,000 workers, making efficient coordination and uninterrupted services essential to its operations.
The agreement includes enterprise tools such as Microsoft 365, internet connectivity, and communications systems designed to support internal coordination, information security, and service delivery.
For PLDT Clarktel, the partnership highlights the role of digital infrastructure in facilitating business activity within large and growing economic zones.
“Digital systems need to continuously evolve to support organizations as they expand,” said Lagdameo.
PLDT Clarktel, established in 1997, has been part of the telecommunications network supporting government offices, businesses, and other stakeholders in Clark. CDC-PR
