CLARK FREEPORT—The Clark Development Corporation (CDC) has unveiled an upgraded Clark job portal designed to connect employers with jobseekers through faster and more integrated recruitment tools.
CDC President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera said the project strengthens employment services that directly support the manpower needs of Clark industries. She noted that the portal is part of CDC’s broader strategy to ensure locator companies have access to qualified talent, enabling them to sustain operations and expand investments in the Freeport.
The initiative forms part of CDC’s TRABAHO Program, or Transforming Recruitment and Building Accessible Hiring Opportunities, which consolidates vacancy posting, applicant profiling and matching, application management, electronic manpower reporting, and workforce data into one system. The project was implemented through CDC’s Corporate Social Responsibility and Placement Division.
For Clark locator companies, the portal offers quicker access to qualified applicants, streamlined recruitment processes, and workforce analytics to guide business decisions.
Fairmont Designs HR Consultant Melissa Sicat said the portal provides HR practitioners with easier access to applicant information and a wider pool of potential hires.
“The job portal is important for HR because it gives us more applicants and easier access to their information, experiences, and skills,” Sicat said.
Amertron Incorporated Recruitment Assistant Laurice Rose Isabel Badoy added that its manpower reporting and analytics tools are valuable for companies.
“The portal’s manpower reporting, analytics, and downloadable workforce data are useful tools for employers,” Badoy said.
Representing Atty. Devanadera during the launch on August 26, CDC Vice President for Administration and Finance Jose Miguel de la Rosa highlighted the portal’s role in extending employment support to the wider workforce community.
The upgraded portal complements CDC’s job fairs, employment facilitation, skills training, and partnerships with academic institutions and Public Employment Service Offices (PESOs). In its next phase, CDC will add dedicated modules for schools and PESOs to further connect employers, jobseekers, and workforce partners.
The launch drew participants from Clark locator companies, workforce groups, and partner institutions. Attendees joined a system demonstration, hands-on training, and an open forum.
