BALANGA CITY – In line with the EduChild Program implementation under the framework of RA 11908 (Parent Effectiveness Service Program Act), the provincial government of Bataan equipped 278 child development (daycare) centers with MacBook Neo laptops on Aug. 25.
The laptops were procured by the Capitol at the Apple Education price of P33,990 per unit, P10,000 lower than the regular price.

Joet Garcia of the provision of laptops to the centers.

The EduChild Program aims to strengthen the collaboration of the CDWs and parents through their active engagement in the learning process of the children.

Earlier, daycare centers around the province have been fitted with Smart TV.

Following the laptop distribution, representatives of Power Mac Center conducted hands-on training at the Tourism Pavillion here to familiarize the CDWs in the use of the tech tools. Punto News Team/Joet Garcia FB Page
