ACI PLUS, the maintenance services segment of Aboitiz Construction, officially recorded over 3 million safe man-hours without a Lost Time Incident (LTI) across its nationwide maintenance operations from November 2025 to July 2026.
Achieved over nine months across 28 project sites, the safety milestone was spearheaded by the company’s top three performing project sites: the Routing and Outage Maintenance project for an HPAL nickel processing facility in Surigao del Norte with over 930,000 safe man-hours, Technical Manpower Support for a coal plant in Bataan with over 328,000 safe man-hours, and a full Integrated Facility Management project for an international airport in Cebu with over 281,000 safe man-hours.
The achievement reflects ACI PLUS’ strict safety protocols across sectors including power, industrial, and integrated facilities management, even with ongoing and expanded operations.

To sustain high safety standards, ACI PLUS implemented risk-based training, integrated safety compliance into its operational manual, launched digital resources, and introduced gamified safety awareness programs across all active project sites.
