Tio Julians catering launches new concept, menu, style

    When Julian Bautista Manahan opened Tio Julians Catering in his hometown San Mateo Rizal, great food and excellent service are evident with numerous returning clients, referrals and outstanding reviews. His family primarily engaged in farming and construction aggregate business but his love and enthusiasm for cooking pave the way to Tio Julians Catering’s success. No doubt, his two sons, Jorge and Jonas Manahan, who currently operate the business, breathe and live with such vigor for great food and service.

    “We do not have Capampangan descendants but we are a true Capampangan by heart. Many years ago, my brother Jorge who used to work as a Veterinarian in Pampanga saw the market opportunity and introduced Tio Julians Catering to Pampanga. More than the financial aspect, we feel that this is a calling and it is something that we really want to do that comes from the heart, “ shared Jonas.

    After extensive culinary trainings here and abroad, Jorge and Jonas, launched the new Tio Julians Entrante Catering last January 29 held at Tio Julians Restaurant (an affiliate of catering business) located in the City of San Fernando. It aims to give clients better options and different catering experience. It promises total client satisfaction, exceeding expectations and discriminating taste.

    “The catering industry is evolving. Clients are different now that’s why we need to come up with something to address their demands. Now with the new Tio Julians Entrante Catering, it’s a one-stop shop. From improving the menu, purchasing new equipment to putting up for the first time a Styling Department for themed parties, “ added Jonas.

    Jorge personally interprets “Entrante” (Spanish word meaning new) as the entrance to a new gastronomic feast, a word that inspires him to give not only the best party ambiance but also excellent food. “ Because we gather, we party to feast and feasting is great food, “ shared Jorge.

    Exactly what the visitors enjoyed during the Entrante dinner launch. Guests from the event, tourism and marketing industries, suppliers, local media and friends had a glimpse of what the Manahan brothers can offer – astonishing set up and superb food.

    “Initially we opened the catering business for financial reason but now nagpapatalo na ako for good food and for me that’s passion. Food is our passion, our priority,“ Jorge further added.

    Being an off-premise caterer, food handling is also an utmost priority. Tio Julians Entrante is fully equipped to handle mid to large events from South to North parts of Luzon like Pampanga, Tarlac, Bulacan, Zambales and as far as Laguna. It is also accredited to premiere event venues like Lakeshore Pampanga.
