SUBIC, Zambales – A suspected drug pusher selling shabu to an undercover agent of the Subic Drug-Enforcement Unit (SDEU) was arrested in drug operation in Barangay Mangan-Vaca here.
Police Major Jude Bryan Maggudayao, head of Subic Municipal Police Station, identified the suspect as Jodel Favor y Fernando, 30, resident of the said barangay.
The suspect was arrested selling one sachet of shabu worth P500.
Recovered from Favor were another two sachets of shabu and the marked money.
The suspect now faces charges for violation of Section 5 and Section 11 of Article ll of RA 9165 before the Office of Provincial Prosecutor in Olongapo City.
