In line with directives from the Philippine government, all Cebu Pacific passengers will be required to wear face shields during the entire flight, effective August 15, 2020.
This is on top of the mandatory use of face masks upon entering the airport terminal until arrival at the destination.

DOMESTIC FLIGHTS
All Cebu Pacific and Cebgo flights to and from Manila are cancelled until August 18, 2020. This is due to imposition of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) over Metro Manila and adjacent provinces, and continued community quarantine over the rest of the country.

Those without any of these requirements may be denied check-in or boarding.
Travel regulations issued by the governments of the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates and South Korea will be implemented as necessary and applicable.

Those on cancelled flights may choose to place the full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund valid for two (2) years; full refund; or opt to rebook to any other travel date within three (3) months, free of charge. If travel is after three (3) months, change fees are still waived, but minimal fare difference may apply.
