SAN ANTONIO, Zambales – Four persons were arrested having a pot session at in a barangay here.
Report said the San Antonio Police raided a house in Purok 5, Barangay Angeles after receiving information from a concerned citizen about an ongoing pot session there.
Senior Inspector Jonathan Bardaje, chief of San Antonio police said those caught in the act of sniffing shabu were Michael Buan y Rafanan, 28; Rael Ray Buan y Rafanan, 24; Joseph Joshua Buan y Rafanan, 22; and Marciano Buan y Rafanan, 20, all of Purok 5.
Recovered from the suspects were three small heatsealed transparent plastic sachets containing shabu and assorted drug paraphernalia.
All suspects now face charges for violation of Section 13 (pot session), Article II of RA 9165 before the Provincial Prosecutors Office in Iba, Zambales.
