Dare to be different, Holiday Inn Clark customizes and creatively creates monthly food promo to excite guest’s taste buds and deliver an extraordinary hotel experience.

    The recent launched of “Great Thai Food Selection” was joined by the local media, CDC officials headed by Benigno Ricafort, HARP president Jim Daniel, Cebu Pacific marketing team headed by Blessie Cruz, Bounty Fresh representatives and other distinguished guests. The event significantly gave a thrilling Thai experience to all the guests from the warm welcome of the receptionist wearing a Thai silk dress called pha sin, total Thai décor and ambiance in the restaurant to the famous Thai cuisine. Arranged in the buffet were distinct, spicy and strong flavor of Thai dishes, cooked from unique ingredients like lime juice, lemon grass, chili, coconut milk and fresh coriander that savored a contrast flavors in its food combination, and made each meal a delightful shared moment with friends.

    A genius creation of Ms. Thelma Valdepeñas, Holiday Inn Clark Food and Beverage Director, Mr. Simon Morley, Holiday Inn Clark General Manager and Chef Dennis Barton, Holiday Inn Clark Executive Chef, “Great Thai Food Selection” offers an affordable lunch or dinner with colorful signature Thai dishes like Gang Gai Keow Wan  (Green chicken curry), Tao Huu Song Krueng (Fried bean curd in oyster sauce), Goong Pad Yod Maprao (Shrimp and young coconut heart stir fry), Gai pad met mamuang himipan (Stir fried chicken and cashew nuts), Yum Woosen (Glass noodle salad), Prik Platoo (vegetable with spicy mackerel dip) Gwit Diow (Noodle broth with pork balls), Tom Yum Goong (hot and spicy prawn soup) and a lot more.
