“Joyful naman ang pasok ng new year for me,”unang salita ni Sarah. “I’ve started shooting my new film for Direk Mae Cruz, with Gerald Anderson and Matteo Guidicelli. I’m recording a new album of all original songs. Tapos there’s the Valentine concert with Martin Nievera on February 12 and I’m promoting my DVD, ‘Sarah Geronimo Music Video Collection’ just released by Viva. It has 23 tracks from ‘To Love You More’ and ‘Forever’s Not Enough’ to ‘I Still Believe in Loving You’ and ‘How Could You Say You Love Me’. You can trace the progress of my career here as it includes the music video for ‘Paano Kita Mapapasalamatan’ from the movie ‘Filipinas’, ‘Ikaw’, ‘Right Here Waiting’, ‘Love Will Keep Us Together’, and my hits with John Lloyd Cruz, ‘Very Special Love’ and ‘You Changed My Life’.”

At heto ka, tuwang-tuwa pala siya dun sa pagkampi sa kanya nina Shron Cuneta at Judy Ann Santos sa mga maintrigang tweets laban sa kanya ni Cristine Reyes. Ito yung sa di umano’y pagiging magkaribal nila ng huli sa puso ni Rayver Cruz. “Napakabait nila. Overwhelmed ako when I guested sa recent birthday concert ni Ate Sharon and she said walang puwedeng mang-api sa’kin habang nandiyan siya. I feel so lucky they support me. Sana nga matuloy ang movie na magkakasama kaming tatlo.”
Paano naman niya gagantihan si Cristine Reyes?? “New year na, let’s start on the positive. Iwanan na ang mga intriga last year. Basta ako, I have a clean conscience. Yung sinabi ko about magagaling na dancers and sexy women, I meant it as a compliment, lalo kay John Prats. Di ko akalaing mabibigyan ng ibang kahulugan.”
Halimbawa naming magkasalubong sila ni Cristine? “Babatiin ko siya kasi wala naman akong ginawang masama sa kanya.”
Isn’t she worried about Kimerald fans ganging up on her now that she’s paired with Gerald? “I’m sure they’ll understand trabaho lang ito. I’m excited. Parang when I was paired with John Lloyd, feeling ko ako si Bea Alonzo and with Sam Milby, ako si Anne Curtis. Ngayon naman, feeling ko, ako si Kim Chiu.”
