
The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Region 3 actively joined the Handog ng Pangulo: Serbisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat caravan, coinciding with the birthday celebration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. The nationwide initiative brought together national government agencies to deliver essential services, livelihood support, and economic opportunities to local communities.
In Pampanga, DTI-3 Regional Director Edna D. Dizon led the awarding of livelihood grants to beneficiaries. Eleven livelihood grants worth ₱330,000 were extended under the DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP), while the Small Business Corporation (SB Corp) released ₱6.4 million in loans to seven borrowers. The activity was held at the Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center in San Fernando.

In Tarlac, DTI extended frontline services including business name registration, advisory, and consumer advocacy sessions, and awarded ₱10.9 million worth of loans to 10 beneficiaries through SB Corp.
In Bulacan, services such as BN registration, business advisory, and consumer information were provided alongside an orientation on BN registration for Mobile Phone and Handheld Gadget Servicing NC III at TESDA Guiguinto. This activity was attended by 116 technicians and entrepreneurs. DTI Bulacan also participated in the Handog ng Pangulo Caravan and Singkaban Trade Fair at the Capitol Compound in Malolos City.

In Zambales, DTI facilitated BN registration, business advisory, and consumer information sessions, generating ₱45,515 in sales from the Kadiwa ng Pangulo and Trade Fair. SB Corp also released ₱1.45 million in loans to seven beneficiaries.
In Aurora, DTI and SB Corp awarded ₱3.3 million in loans to five clients and organized a mini trade fair featuring local MSMEs, including youth entrepreneurs under the Youth Entrepreneurship Program. Services such as business name registration, mentoring, and loan assistance were also offered.
In Bataan, DTI set up a Negosyo Center and SB Corp information booth at The Bunker in Balanga City. The agency provided frontline services, facilitated BN registrations, distributed information materials, and showcased MSME products. A Kadiwa ng Pangulo Trade Fair was also conducted which generated total sales of P343,761.00. The activities were held alongside a one-stop shop of services from other government agencies and the provincial government, attracting thousands of residents.
In Nueva Ecija, DTI and SB Corp awarded P3.5M in loans to 4 beneficiaries in the presence of DTI-3 Assistant Regional Director Dr. Richard V. Simangan. The province also conducted an entrepreneurship seminar for 26 PPG beneficiaries and supported the awarding of Certificates of Condonation Distribution and turnover of a dairy processing center under the Department of Agrarian Reform’s Village Level Farm-focused Enterprise Development (VLFED) project. The event was graced by no less than DILG Secretary Jonvic Remulla. A Kadiwa ng Pangulo Tarde Fair was also held generating P98,089.00 in total sales.

Across the region, DTI’s participation underscored its commitment to empowering MSMEs, supporting local enterprises, and making government programs more accessible to the people. By providing financing, capacity-building, and market opportunities, the agency continues to ensure that no community is left behind.
