(PHC), a subsidiary of Philippine National Bank (PNB), has officially launched the second phase of its GROW with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition implementation, called Project Cosmos. Building on the success of Phase 1, Project Stellar, PHC was focused on automating and standardizing processes critical to its operations, including financials, procurement, property maintenance, and project systems. Phase 2, Project Cosmos, takes these efforts further by modernizing backend and frontend systems, enabling PHC to realize its vision of seamless, data-driven operations.

The timeline for Project Cosmos kicked off in December 2024. The first track of Phase 2 is set to go live by January 2025, while the second track will follow in April 2025, concluding with system stabilization and final sign-offs.
