The swimming pool is part of the recreational facility of Rimaven Homes which also has a basketball court and a playground.
A simple ceremony marked the blessing of the facility highlighted with a Holy Mass.
Administrative manager Bianca Camille Policarpio of R.D. Policarpio & Co. Inc., developer of the property, said the swimming pool was named after her beloved grandmother.
“Our Lola Marina is our inspiration for this project. May this also inspire this growing community to see the swimming pool as our family’s contribution to their own families as we share with them nothing but the best in return for their trust,” she said.
RD Policarpio chief of operations Engr. Nicole Policarpio said the Rimaven Homes logo represents their family’s ties with their clients.
“The Rimaven logo has a house and a family of four underneath, a family under a home. It therefore represents the home owners as we from R.D. Policarpio do not treat them as clients but as a part of our big family, as part of our big community,” Engr. Policarpio explained.
Rimaven Homes Dau also has a materials recovery facility in keeping with their corporate social responsibility to keep an environment-friendly housing and community.
Policarpio added that a child facility is already in the works.
