SAN NARCISO, Zambales – The Top 8 priority target drug personality in Zambales was killed during a buy bust operation when the suspect fired at police operatives early Monday morning at Purok 4, Barangay Simminublan here.
San Narciso police chief Major Jonathan Bardaje identified the fatality as Russel Tuceno y Esposo, alyas Nonong, of the said barangay and member of the Ducusin Drug Group operating in Zambales.
Bardaje said the operatives led by provincial intelligence unit chief Lt. Col. Generico Binan and the local police engaged the suspect after he fired at them.
The Zambales Crime Laboratory Office led by Lt. Mark Joseph Mara processed the crime scene and recovered were 20 heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, a Caspian pistol with serial no. 133222, one fired empty cartridge case, one magazine loaded with four live ammunitions, one blue and black wallet, one synthetic leather pouch colored gray with brand TIG tm; one P1,000 bill with serial no. PA702154 and initial markings of RP (marked money, one Oppo cellphone colored white model A57, assorted SIM cards and micro SD card, Cebuana 24K plus card, pictures and documents, one Mio Sporty colored blue and black bearing plate number 0301-0916961 with key, one heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu with initials RP-B and ACB with signature (buy-bust item).
