May temang Tatlong Dekada ng PMPC sa Pelikulang Pilipino, ang 26th Philippine Movie Press Club Star Awards for Movies ay handa na sa pagkakaloob ng mga natatanging karangalan para sa mga maipagkakapuring artista at manggagawa ng Pelikulang Pilipino.
Gaganapin ito sa Abril 24 (Sabado), ika-6 ng gabi, sa Henry Lee Irwin Theatre ng Ateneo de Manila University produced ng Star View Productions sa direksyon ni Arlene Tolibas. Mapapanood sa TV5 sa Abril 25 (Linggo), 9:30- to 11:30 ng gabi.
Pangungunahan nina Lorna Tolentino, Ruffa Gutierrez at Boy Abunda bilang hosts, ito ay isang pagtitipon ng mga bituing nagkikinangan. May sayawan, kantahan, at kiligan, na mga sikat na aktor, aktres at komedyante ang maghahandog ng production numbers.
Ang Ulirang Artista Lifetime Achievement Award ay ipagkakaloob sa multi-awarded at beteranang aktres na si Gina Pareño. Habang ang PMPC ay magkakaloob ng 1st Ulirang Alagad ng Pelikula sa Likod ng Kamera at ang tatanggap nito ay ang komiks king, TV and movie director at National Artist na si Carlo J. Caparas.
