Highlights of the program includes unveiling of the Philippine flag by doing a tik tac toe puzzle assembled by boy scouts and girl scouts, Tic tac toe is a funny game that turned out to carry a simple message, that no matter how unclear in the beginning and by learning of ones mistakes and going forward it unfolds into beautiful clarity, just like how the Philippines achieved its independence from the hands of foreign invasion. Another highlight that everyone got entertained was the performance of Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority Law Enforcement Department Brass Band.
