Revolution Flavorscapes offers Manny Pacquiao-designed homes, gym

REVOLUTION FLAVORSCAPES, as exciting residential community in the heart of Lakeshore Estate in Mexico Pampanga, is now offering to its residents, curated and affordable home units, as well as gym facilities designed by international boxing icon and housing advocate Se. Manny Pacquiao.

This developed as Revolution Precrafted, the supplier of homes for the development, enters a deal partnership with the boxing icon as part of the latter’s efforts to help make affordable homes more accessible to Filipinos. It also supports the housing agenda of the athlete-turned politician, who is known as one of the champions of Philippine housing.

With the design partnership, Pacquiao effectively becomes one of the 80 revolutionaries of Revolution Precrafted. He joins the ranks of prominent celebrities, artists, designers and architects including Pritzker-winning architects Zaha Hadid, Christian de Portzamparc, Jean Nouvel (who designed the Louvre Abu Dhabi), and Philip Johnson Alan Ritchie Architects, to name a new few.

Brian Mangio, Managing Director of Central Country Estates Inc. (CCEI), the developer of Revolution Flavorscapes, revealed that the project is initially offering 200 Pacquiao-designed housing units effective December 1.

Revolution Flavorscapes is offering 45 square meter affordable homes priced at P1.9 Million. The more affluent customers also have the chance to own limited edition 220-square meter villas designed by the boxing champ for P12 million.

Mangio said, the number of affordable homes to be offered may increase depending on the demand.

“We want to off er affordable housing units to enable more Filipinos to own their dream homes. We will explore the possibility of offering more units designed by Manny Pacquiao to off er beautiful, quality home that are accessible to the masses.” Mangio added.

Data from the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council shows that there is a backlog of 1,373,981 homes in the country as of 2012. The backlog event increased to 1,749,408 by 2015.

The country’s housing backlog may reach 12.5 million units by the year 2030, if left unaddressed according to HUDCC. Aside from the affordable homes, Pacquiao also designed limited edition, curated homes, and a multi-purpose sports facility.
