CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — The Rotary Club of Dolores, Pampanga is rallying its members to support the 2nd Brush Strokes of Bravery, an art workshop dedicated to children battling cancer.
Set on Aug. 15, at 9 a.m. at WalterMart San Fernando, the event will bring together young little warriors for a day of creativity, expression and hope.
RC-Dolores club President Herman Beltran personally invited fellow Rotarians to take an active role in the activity, emphasizing the club’s commitment to its Rotary theme, “Create Lasting Impact.”
“As a proud sponsor of this event, we are sending a strong contingent of Rotarians to ensure its success,” Beltran said, noting that the presence of Rotarians will help amplify the support being given to the young participants and their families, while allowing club members to translate their commitment to community service into meaningful action.
The Brush Strokes of Bravery is organized with WalterMart San Fernando, Fund the Fight and KidsCancerVive, with the goal of giving young cancer warriors an avenue to express themselves through art while celebrating their courage and strength.
“Let’s unite to create lasting impact for our Little Warriors,” Beltran said. Through the initiative, Rotarians hope to remind the children and their families that they are not alone in their journey—and that the community stands with them in their fight. “Together, we paint hope.
