CLARK FREEPORT — A new era of nail care is taking shape in the Philippines as De Lange Japanese Beauty and Wellness debuts the country’s first 100% authentic Japanese nail salon, bringing with it a level of precision, discipline, and artistry that raises the standard one perfectly polished detail at a time.
Straight from the refined beauty capitals of Nagoya and Tokyo, De Lange makes its Philippine debut in Clark Global City, marking its first expansion outside Japan. This is not just another salon because it is where precision meets passion.

Leading this cuticle-to-craft revolution is Mina Koyama, the renowned Flower Sensei of Japanese Nail Artistry. Known for turning tiny canvases into blooming masterpieces, her work proves that true beauty is always at hand. Under her influence, nails are sculpted, styled, and filed under fine art.

The grand opening gathered notable personalities from government and business, including CDC president and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera, Bureau of Customs- Port of Clark district collector Jairus Reyes, Bacolor Vice Mayor Ron Dungca, and Atty. Nicolette Henson. They were joined by De Lange president and CEO Coco Laus, Atty. Czarmaigne Laus, Tess and Carissa Laus of LausGroup of Companies and former Pampanga board member Monz Laus.
Coco Laus underscored the discipline behind the brand’s craftsmanship, sharing that “we spent six to eight months training our local team to instill the Japanese discipline before our soft opening, and it is going to take even more hard work to maintain that level of meticulous mastery and repetition.”

De Lange is introducing a safer and more refined approach to beauty, noting they are “launching a new standard of nail care that is free from harmful chemicals, using tools and techniques that protect both the client and nailist with minimal UV exposure.”
Echoing this vision, CDC president Devanadera emphasized the deeper purpose behind the venture: “This is not just business but it is a vision and there is a mission, and I am calling all my fellow Filipinos to support them. We will always support you.”

At De Lange, it is not just about looking good but about doing it right. Their nail artists are rigorously trained in authentic Japanese techniques, ensuring services that are as clean as they are creative. Hygiene, discipline, and attention to detail define the salon’s standards, where nothing falls short of excellence.

Located on the ground floor of One West Aeropark in Clark Global City, De Lange Japanese Beauty and Wellness is open Tuesday to Sunday, from 12 noon to 10 PM. It welcomes clients to experience nail care that goes beyond the surface. Photos: GGG/CDC
