CLARK FREEPOPRT — Luzon International Premiere Airport Development (LIPAD) Corp. has officially launched Clark AeroDistrict by LIPAD, the Philippines’ first world-class airport city, positioning Clark as the country’s future-ready hub for aviation, logistics, business, and investment.
Anchored by Clark International Airport (CRK), Clark AeroDistrict expands LIPAD’s vision beyond airport operations by creating an integrated district where aviation, logistics, commerce, and everyday life come together. Designed as a connected ecosystem, the development aims to strengthen Clark’s role as one of the country’s key economic gateways.
“Clark International Airport has always been more than an airport. It is a gateway that connects people, businesses, and opportunities. With Clark AeroDistrict, we are building on that vision by creating the Philippines’ first world-class airport city. We want Clark to become a leading hub for aviation, logistics, business, and investment, while helping drive economic growth for the country,” said Noel Manankil, president and CEO of LIPAD Corp.
The 759-hectare aviation-oriented development was masterplanned by global infrastructure consulting firm AECOM.
Located within the Clark Freeport Zone, the project sits on government-owned land with no right-of-way issues and benefits from investment-friendly policies, streamlined business processes, and one-stop investment services.
The masterplan is organized into four development zones that will support aviation-related industries, cargo and logistics operations, commercial and mixed-use developments, and future airport expansion. These include dedicated areas for Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facilities, General Aviation (GA), cargo operations, freight services, and future terminal developments.
At the heart of Clark AeroDistrict is an integrated cargo and logistics ecosystem designed to support sustained cargo growth and accommodate new and emerging logistics players.
The development offers scalable, investment-ready infrastructure that will strengthen supply chains and improve the movement of goods across domestic and international markets.
Clark AeroDistrict also benefits from its strategic location within the Clark Freeport Zone, one of the country’s fastest-growing economic centers. It is surrounded by industrial and manufacturing estates, IT and business process outsourcing companies, hotels, golf courses, residential communities, and leisure destinations, creating a vibrant environment for businesses and investors.
The project is backed by the combined expertise of the LIPAD Consortium, which includes Changi Airports International, globally recognized for operating one of the world’s leading airports; JG Summit Holdings, with strengths in aviation, logistics, retail, and transportation through Cebu Pacific; Filinvest Development Corporation, a leader in property and hospitality development; and Philippine Airport Ground Support Solutions (PAGSS), one of the country’s leading aviation service providers.
Together, these strengths position Clark AeroDistrict as a future-ready airport city that supports global connectivity while creating new opportunities for trade, investment, and enterprise. As the Philippines’ first airport city, it is set to redefine how people, businesses, and cargo move, strengthening Clark’s position as a world-class logistics and aviation hub. Press release
