CLARK FREEPORT— A Filipino-owned company is investing an estimated P19.6 million to establish an American-themed restaurant and café in this freeport.

Trifork Cuisine Corp. (TCC), operating under American Harvest Food and Beverage, will develop the restaurant at Barn House 2083 along R.C. Santos Road on a 934-square-meter property within CDC’s Barn House redevelopment area.

CDC president and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera welcomed the investment and noted the restaurant’s connection to the Barn Houses’ historical context. “We are happy you [proponents] chose Clark, and we look forward to supporting you beyond your contract of lease.”

The restaurant is among the latest locators at the Barn Houses, a group of restored structures repurposed by the Clark Development Corporation for commercial use.

According to the proponents, the American Harvest concept draws inspiration from Clark’s history and will focus on fresh-cooked food, house-made sauces and stocks, artisan breads, and traditional American hospitality.

TCC corporate treasurer John Darius Carreon Villanueva said the opportunity to establish the restaurant at one of Clark’s historic Barn Houses helped shape the concept and overall theme of American Harvest.

“When we had the opportunity to do it in the barn house here in Clark, we thought of developing a theme that brings in the history of Clark. It is going to be a big undertaking on our part, and we hope to have your support as we bring this concept to life,” Villanueva said.

The project is expected to generate approximately 30 jobs upon full operations and is targeted to open in the second quarter of 2027.

American Harvest will join other dining establishments operating within the Barn House area, including Barn by Conti’s, Jacaranda, Kisaki Japanese Restaurant, Chez Suzette, Couscousi Mediterranean Grill, and Porch Coffee and Consuelo by Chef Vince Garcia. CDC-PR
