ANGELES CITY – It was a morning marked by pride, celebration, and new beginnings as JDN Realty Group formally welcomed Corinne Deanna Chua as JDN Brand Ambassador 2026 and Arielle Maritoni Cabatana as Ms. Nepo 2026, the new faces of the JDN family with their signing of a memorandum of agreement on Aug. 13 at Entec2 Building here.
Led by JDN Realty Group president and CEO Aaron Jeffrey Montenegro, the gathering brought together members of the JDN leadership team, and the families of Corinne and Arielle—making the occasion not only a corporate milestone, but also a deeply personal celebration.
“Having you here, with your families beside you, as we officially welcome you into the JDN family, this is exactly the kind of moment we look forward to,” Montenegro shared.
For JDN, the appointment goes beyond titles, campaigns, and appearances. It reflects the company’s belief that the strongest representation of a brand comes from people who embody its values and build genuine connections within the communities it serves.

As brand ambassadors, Chua and Cabatana will represent the values, energy, and community spirit that the brands seek to cultivate.
“A brand ambassador, for us, is not just a face for a campaign,” Montenegro emphasized. “She is someone who genuinely connects with the people around her, who carries herself with integrity, and who understands that the way she shows up reflects not just herself but everyone behind this brand.”
Their new roles will bring them into a range of events, campaigns, and community engagements—opportunities designed not only to give them a platform, but also to challenge them, develop their confidence, and allow them to create a meaningful impact.

With the MOA signing marking the official start of their journey, Chua and Cabatana now step into a new chapter—one filled with opportunities to inspire, connect, and represent the JDN brand with confidence and grace.
JDN Realty Group AVP for administration Maribel Ronquillo expressed optimism that their involvement will help strengthen relationships within the Nepo community and create experiences that extend beyond business. Their presence, she noted, represents an opportunity to foster lasting connections and encourage positive change.

“With our ambassadors’ roles, I see not only a bright future for our Nepo community and the JDN Family, but also an opportunity to create deeper connections and a more meaningful impact on the people we serve,” Ronquillo said.
This is only the beginning—and JDN Realty Group looks forward to seeing the mark these two remarkable young women will make.
