The Minalin Municipal Police Station (MPS) ranked No. 1 among 115 municipal police stations in Central Luzon in the September 2026 Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER), its third regional top ranking in four months.
Under the leadership of PMAJ Glenn Santelices, Minalin MPS also secured the top spot in June and July 2026, while maintaining 10 consecutive No. 1 rankings in Pampanga.
The station attributed its achievement to the dedication, discipline and teamwork of its personnel, along with the continued support of Mayor Philip S. Naguit and the trust of Minaleños.
The recognition underscores the station’s commitment to delivering efficient, responsive and reliable police service to the community.
