BALANGA CITY — The health program for indigenous peoples continued in Bataan as more Aeta natives from the upland barangays availed themselves of services extended by the provincial health office.

Gov. Albert Garcia on Thursday said the latest recipients of the program were IPs from Barangay Biaan, Mariveles where 108 natives got medical assistance, 32 dental services and four vaccinated against the coronavirus disease.

Earlier, given medical assistance were 150 natives from Barangay Binaritan, Morong and 134 from Barangay Gen. Lim, Orion. Extended dental services were 100 from Binaritan and 32 from Gen. Lim.

Vaccinated against Covid–19 were four from Binaritan and 37 from Gen. Lim.

The project is under PHO’s Kalusugan hatid sa Katutubong Kapatid (KKK).
