As government offices closed at 5 p.m., people from all walks of life troop to the different food and merchandise stalls.
Diners filled the open spaces and enjoy eating bar-b-ques, hotdogs, fried chicken, lumpia, goto, siopao and other food preparations. Soft drinks and fruit juices are also served.
Students and members of families seemed to find the place, what with the cheap food, right for being together.
Just across the road are various stalls under big tents that sell various merchandise from clothes, shoes, bags, jewelries, among many others.
The food expo and night market will be open until December 31, 2016.
Both are projects of the city government headed by Mayor Francis Garcia.
