CLARK FREEPORT ZONE, Pampanga, Philippines — July 31, 2026 — Filinvest Hospitality Inc. officially opened three new restaurants at Filinvest Shoppes Mimosa in a ribbon-cutting ceremony held this evening, marking what executives called the evolution from a hotel and golf course into a fully integrated lifestyle resort destination. The event also gave guests, partners, and media their first look at Mimosa Lifestyle+, a new rewards program set to formally launch in the coming weeks.

Three New Restaurants Open Their Doors
Firehouse Pizza Clark, La Loca, and Recado by Carlos Villaflor are now open to the public at Filinvest Shoppes Mimosa. Firehouse Pizza Clark brings New York-style pizza, crisp chicken, and savory pastas to Pampanga, with a signature dough that undergoes a 48-hour fermentation process. La Loca offers a contemporary, playful take on Spanish cuisine, built around tapas, cocktails, and a high-energy, vibrant space. Recado by Carlos Villaflor, a “Bold & Fresh Filipino” concept, is helmed by resident chef Carlos Villaflor, a native of Tuguegarao, who draws on flavors from different regions of the Philippines for a modern take on Filipino cuisine.

“Our promise has always been to provide exceptional hospitality and unparalleled leisure. With the addition of Firehouse Pizza, La Loca, and Recado to our portfolio, we are fulfilling that promise in a deliciously dynamic way. These spaces are built for your milestones, your family Sundays, and your casual moments of rest and relaxation,” said Michael Gapin, General Manager of Quest Plus Conference Center Clark and Mimosa Plus Golf Course.
A Fully Integrated Lifestyle Resort Destination
In her keynote address, Ria Sarrosa, First Vice President for Hotel and Restaurants at Filinvest Hospitality, marked the occasion as a major milestone for the ten-year-old hospitality business, which began with Quest Plus Conference Center Clark and later expanded with the 36-hole championship courses of Mimosa Plus Golf.
“We are no longer just a hotel or a golf course — we have officially evolved into a premier, fully integrated lifestyle resort destination,” said Sarrosa. “Our goal is simple: to design seamless, life-making moments for you, from morning until night.”
Sarrosa also outlined upcoming additions to the estate, including a 9-hole Adventure Putting Course, new pickleball courts, TrackMan-powered driving range technology, and the upcoming Filinvest Malls Mimosa.

A First Look at Mimosa Lifestyle+
Tying the dining, hotel, and golf offerings together is Mimosa Lifestyle+, a new rewards program designed to give guests “more life, more play, and more perks” across Filinvest Mimosa+. Guests at tonight’s event received an early preview of the program, with full details on membership options and the program’s dedicated app to be announced at official launch in the coming weeks.
“Tonight, we want to give you the very first look at the answer: Mimosa Lifestyle+ — our brand-new rewards program, designed to tie every dining table, every hotel stay, and every round of golf across Filinvest Mimosa into one seamless experience,” said Sarrosa. “We’re still putting the finishing touches on it together with our partners, and we’ll be officially welcoming you into it very soon.”

Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony
The evening culminated in a ceremonial ribbon-cutting to formally inaugurate the Filinvest Shoppes Culinary Circuit, led by Francis Gotianun, Chief Executive Officer of Filinvest Hospitality; James Montenegro, President and Chief Operating Officer of Filinvest Hospitality; Ria Sarrosa; Michael Gapin; and other executives and VIP guests, followed by a fireworks display over Filinvest Shoppes Mimosa.
Guests then moved into La Loca for a celebratory dinner to close out the evening’s festivities.
