JOHN PAUL AGUILAR, Converge regional manager, denied that his company hiked its monthly billing to its customers.

Aguilar explained that customers noticed an increase in their billing statements for July because Converge adjusted its billing cycle last April which resulted in nine days billing period that reflected in their July billing.

That is the quick and simple explanation regarding the billing and it is only a one-time adjustment and only applicable to regional subscribers, he said.

Aguilar added that Converge is just one of the internet broadband providers in the city and the least problematic.

PLDT and Globe Telecom also provides broadband internet service to this city.
