CLARK FREEPORT – One delight deserving another, if only to accommodate the craving for more, more that its main restaurant engendered.
Hence, only seven months after it set shop at Greenfields in Sindalan, City of San Fernando, Chef Baboy Unlimited Premium Korean BBQ opened its first branch in this freeport.
“CVGCG is proud of its new food brand which is Chef Baboy, it has shown positive response from the community since Day One. We opened last February 2022 during the surge of the pandemic with a purpose of providing jobs for the retrenched workers. It has become a dream come true as well,” said Chef Vince Garcia, president-CEO of his eponymous culinary group. It has long been a dream for him to put up his own Samgyupsal place because he and his wife Sheena are, in his own words, “fanatic eaters” of the Korean culinary delight.
Chef Baboy takes immense pride of its Filipino-Korean fusion cuisine concept. Adapting the distinct Filipino taste while using authentic Korean ingredients to dish out a uniquely appealing menu that includes the “best cheese ever” cheese sauce that immediately impacted the local food scene. Not to mention the special marinated meats, flavorful side dishes banchan, bestsellers ala carte like cheese ramyeon and kimbap.
“No doubt that Clark is the top tourist destination as well as investment destination in North Luzon and we want to position our brand in prime location that is robust and progressive and that is Clark,” enthuses Chef Vince. “We are confident that locals and tourists in Clark will embrace and love Chef Baboy so completely as they discover our fresh and unique take on Filipino-Korean style samgy.”
And yes, he affirmed, “Clark is a game changer not only of its ideal location as tourist destination but also the opportunity we see from the fast-growing developments inside the freeport zone.” Punto Lifestyle Team
