BALANGA CITY — A carnival opened Tuesday night inside the Eternal Shrine Memorial Park here in time for the November 1 observance of All Saints’ Day.

It is located in one corner of the sprawling park that can be reached by passing through ordinary graves and expensive mausoleum.

Among the carnival rides available for fees from P20 to P30 are carousel, caterpillar, flying bee, horror train, octopus, Ferris’ wheel, flying fiesta and others common during town feasts.

Snacks like popcorn, hotdogs and other finger foods are offered.

The carnival is open until November 1.
