BOTOLAN, Zambales – Police arrested on Monday a rape suspect who was tagged as one of the most wanted person here.
Sr. Supt. Rolando Felix, director of the Zambales Police Provincial Office (ZPPO), identified the suspect as Gilbert Tiburcio, aka “Mulagat,” 23 and resident of said Barangay Maguisguis.
Report said at about 9:00 o’clock in the morning, suspect was arrested at their residence by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Judge Clodualdo Monta of Regional Trial Court Branch 70 of Iba, Zambales for rape with no bail recommended.
Records from the police show that the suspect was listed No. 2 most wanted person here.
Suspect is now under the custody of the Botolan police.
