CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – The Department of Foregin Affairs (DFA) opened its 17th temporary off-site passport service (TOPS) at Robinsons Starmills here on Wednesday.
DFA-TOPS are temporary satellite offices to aid backlogs on passport renewals which can accommodate up to 500 applicants per day.
DFA Assistant Secretary Senen Mangalile said TOPS is a tangible manifestation of the DFA’s response to the clamor of the public to open more slots on passport appointments due to the challenges brought by the pandemic.
Applicants can book their appointments via DFA official passport online appointment system at www.passport.gov.ph.
The temporary off-site passport service is located at the central bus terminal, Robinsons Starmills and is open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
