IBA, Zambales — Elements of the Zambales police arrested three most wanted persons in separate manhunt operations in this province and in Bulacan Tuesday.
Reports reaching the office of Zambale police director Col. Romano Velayo Cardiño said the Paluig police headed by Lt. Jessu Rendon with the 1st Provincial Mobile Force C , provincial intelligence unit, and 305th Regional Mobile Force Battalion arrested Doreen Ecalnir y Judal, 49, of Barangay Bulawen, Palauig and listed as most wanted person of the said municipality.
Ecalnir was arrested by virtue of an alias warrant of arrest for violation of Section 10 (a) of RA 7610, under Criminal Case NO. RTC-5702-I issued by Judge Josefina D. Farrales of RTC Branch 69 dated June 29, 2010 with recommended bail of P80,000.
In Iba town, chief of police Major Bryan Christopher L. Baybayan said George Mangatuliran y Ignacio, aka Gayagay, 41, of Barangay Palanginan, was arrested by virtue of alias warrant of arrest issued by Judge Clodualdo M. Monta of RTC Branch 70, Iba, docketed under Criminal Case 3134-I & 3135-I dated Feb. 28, 2002 for violation of Article 59 in relation to Section 10(a) of RA 7610 with recommended fixed bail of P80,000, and alias warrant of arrest issued by the same court dated Oct. 30, 2003 with Criminal Case No. 3135-I for violation of Article 46 (c) in relation to Art. 210 of PD 603. The suspect listed as most wanted person of Iba.
In San Felipe, town police chief Captain Marvin B. Domacena reported that joint elements of San Felipe and San Miguel police, 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, 305th Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3, 25th Special Action Force and provincial intelligence unit conducted manhunt operation in Barangay San Vicente, San Miguel, Bulacan and arrested Marsha Santos y Ortega aka Samantha Abufabi, 44 , of the said barangay and listed as most wanted person in San Felipe.
The suspect was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Marifi P. Chua of RTC Iba, Zambales docketed under Criminal Case No. 7488-I dated Jan. 27, 2014 for violation of Section 6(a) in relation to Section 4(a) in further relation to Section 3 and 10(c) of RA 9208 with no bail recommended.
“Once again I commend the men and women of Zambales PNP for another successful manhunt operation to bring most wanted persons to the fold of justice and answer for their crimes,” Cardiño said.
