LIMAY, Bataan — Police on Wednesday reported the arrest of four suspected drug users in a pot session and the confiscation of illegal drugs and paraphernalia here.
Limay police chief Major Madtaib M. Jalman identified the suspects as Allan Palapar, 52; Lolito Josol, Hr., 34; Manny del Mundo, 37; and Joeven Mangco, 44; all residents of Barangay Townsite, Limay.
Jalman said they conducted the anti-drug operation after a confidential agent informed them that a pot session was going on in the said barangay.
A team led by Lt. Sedley Cuenco of the Limay police drug enforcement unit caught the suspects in the act of using illegal drugs.
Confiscated from the four were five aluminum strips, two lighters and one small transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu, the police chief said.
Jalman said they were readying case for violation of Sections 13 and 14 of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act against the suspects.
