SAN NARCISO, Zambales — A security officer who allegedly sexually molested a person with disability was arrested by the local police Thursday.
Town police chief Major Jonathan C. Bardaje identified the suspect as Harvey Flores y Salvatierra, 52, security officer, of Purok 4, Barangay Grullo, San Narciso.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Maribel F. Mariano-Beltran of the Regional Trial Court-Family Court, Branch 13, Iba, Zambales, dated February 24, 2021 for the crime of two counts of rape under Article 266-A, par. 1(b) of the RPC, with Criminal Case Nos. RTC-13533-2021-I to RTC-13534-2021-I, with no bail recommended.
Flores is charged of repeatedly sexually molesting a PWD in November 2020 and went into hiding after the cases were filed against him.
The suspect was arrested while he was visiting his family.
