MABALACAT CITY — Homegrown real estate company, The Hauslands,
officially welcomed its brand ambassador, Miss Intercontinental Philippines 2019 Emma Tiglao during a virtual meet and greet via Zoom on Tuesday.

The Hauslands deputy chief operating officer Michael Carlo Tan said as they support homegrown talents, welcoming Tiglao to be a part of their company can bring a different perspective to the youth.

“I, myself, support homegrown talents and we would like to bring that young perspective. It is our responsibility to bring proper guidance to consumers,” said Tan. “At a young age, like Emma, they can already have that mindset to invest in their home.”

As the new face of The Hauslands, Tiglao will be a part of their upcoming campaigns and projects and will be featured across various media platforms.

Tiglao, who is also a proud homeowner in one of the projects of The Hauslands, said being a homeowner made her feel complete noting that there is no better time to invest in “your own home” than now as she highlights the importance of experiencing the comfort of owning one.

“It was just a dream before, to buy a house and lot for my family. And now I’m living it and it’s all worth it,” said Tiglao.

“It’s a preparation for your future. We can always dream but we must work hard to make that dream come true. And I’m sure if you invest early, your future self will thank you for it,” she added.

For over 30 years, The Hauslands has been persistent to overcome challenges through constant innovation and adapting to the changes by continuing its developments in building environments with valuable growth.

“We have always been persistent to overcome challenges over the years. The development of Luzon is still here in the north,” said Tan.

With its existing developments in the cities of San Fernando, Angeles, and Mabalacat, The Hauslands has offered several projects in Central Luzon that will cater to different kinds of lifestyles and also plans to build communities in Bataan, Subic, and Tarlac.
