SUBIC, Zambales — Police arrested in a buy-bust a construction worker listed in their drug watch in Barangay Asinan Proper here Friday.
Subic police chief Capt. Rolando Ballon identified the suspect as Alipio Apostol y Bustillo, 45, of Sitio Mapanao, Asinan Proper.
Report said that at about 5:50 p.m. of Sept. 4, the suspect was arrested selling a sachet of shabu worth P500 to a police–poseur buyer.
Recovered from the suspect the buy-bust item and the P500 bill marked money, and another nine sachets of shabu.
The suspect is now facing chargesfor violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article ll of RA 9165.
