CLARK FREEPORT — One of the fastest growing business process outsourcing companies inaugurated its new and official site dubbed as “The Hideout” at the Northwalk here Thursday.

SupportNinja, an omnichannel solution for customer experience and back-office support with voice and non-voice accounts, was opened with a ribbon-cutting and ceremonial blessing by its chief operating officer Craig Crisler.

SupportNinja handles fastgrowth technology companies in Silicon Valley, expanding its client list by focusing on small and start-up companies around the world.

According to Crisler, SupportNinja started in 2015 with a handful of employees. Last year, its workforce reached a total of 576 full-time employees in the Philippines and is still hiring for full-time positions.

“This is our official site. This is The Hideout version 2 which can accommodate up to about 600 employees. We have transferred from our two previous offices into one big site,” said Crisler.

“Through startups, we believe in their ability to grow much like how we started. It allows us to inspire a lot of people because we want them to do the same thing, to build business and grow from there,” he said.

According to Crisler, SupportNinja founder Cody Mclain wanted the culture and nature of the Kapampangans in providing customer support which embodies their vision of a true “ninja” spirit as the core of the company’s culture and values.

“We don’t put any barriers between agents and clients. That’s why they love coming here. Kapampangans are nice and kind. So, the clients can talk directly to the agents and with that they create friendships that we believe is good for their growth as well,” Crisler said.

The Hideout is SupportNinja’s first official BPO site in the Philippines and its second center globally. Visit their website at www.supportninja.com or Facebook page for job listings.
