OLONGAPO CITY – Two wanted carnappers were arrested by joint operatives of the Zambales Provincial Highway Patrol Team, CIDG Zambales and Regional Highway Patrol Unit in separate operations against Wanted Persons in this City and Nueva Ecija province.
Senior Inspector Ernesto Esguera of RHPU, PHPT’s Inspector Marlon Agno and SPO1 Marlon Rivera conducted operations against Wanted Persons in Barangay West Tapinac here, and arrested Roger Gavida, 39, of No. 36-A Labayan Street, North Fairview, Quezon City by virtue of a warrant of arrest for nine counts of carnapping issued by Presiding Judge Francisco P Felizmenio of RTC Branch 19 Malolos, Bulacan with recommended bail bond of P300,000 for each count.
The suspect is temporary detained at CIDG CFU3 Olongapo custodial facility.
In Nueva Ecija, operatives led by Agno, SPO3 Bong Toledo and SPO2 Allan Lomibao together with PHPT Nueva Ecija led by Inspector Allan Morales conducted an operation against Wanted Persons at Barangay San Isidro, Cabanatuan City, that resulted to the arrest of Aldrin Magsakay y Corea, alias Agi/Aldrin, 28, with given addresses at Barangay Bangan, Botolan, and Barangay Liozon, Palauig, both in Zambales, and Barangay San Isidro, Cabanatuan City.
The suspect was arrested by virtue of warrants of arrest for two counts of Carnapping both issued by Judge Marifi P. Chua of Third Judicial Region, RTC Branch 70, Iba, Zambales with recommended bail bond of P180,000 and P300,000 respectively.
Magsakay was one of the target personalities of PHPT-Zambales and included in the list of RHPU3, 10 Most Wanted Person at No. 7 regionwide.
The suspect is under custody of PHPT Zambales.
