Solana Land launches Casa Real Bacolor

    BACOLOR, Pampanga – Prime real estate developer Solana Land has launched Casa Real Bacolor here on April 6 with all units in its phase one development sold out.

    Primo Valerio, Solana Land chairman and CEO, could not hide his elation as he thanked the company’s partners and workers for a job well done.

    “As we celebrate the grand launching of Casa Real Bacolor today, we pay tribute and give thanks to all our partners, buyers and workers. And we have good news because as of now, phase one of Casa Real is sold out, all units were sold,” he declared.

    “In Solana Land, we consider our employees as important assets of the company. We off er this celebration to all,” he added.

    Carlo Valerio, Solana Land president, said the Solana Land Foundation is “a core identity of the family which is giving back to the community not the business.”

    He added that “with small of acts of kindness, we were able to implement community based projects for the foundation.”

    Mayor Jomar O. Hizon, who led the ribbon cutting, was joined by Solana Land officials who welcomed guests in the thanksgiving celebration.

    Casa Real was the provincial building in 1757 when this town was the provincial capital of Pampanga under the Spanish rule.

    According to Eloisa L. Valerio, Solana Land vice president for marketing, Casa Real Bacolor is a well-planned subdivision that is designed to reflect the rich history of the town and its promising future.

    “A modernize take on the traditional Filipino-Spanish architecture, each of the unique model houses leverages the warm light and tranquil views of Bacolor’s golden fields.”

    She said at Casa Real Bacolor, all features and facilities are fully built including the entire road network up to phase four, park, greens, clubhouse, swimming pool, play areas and basketball court.

    She assured that they will be ready for use when the buyers move into their new homes. Casa Real Bacolor is located in Barangay Cabalantian here along Jose Abad Santos Avenue (JASA, formerly Olongapo-Gapan-San Fernando road).
