CLARK FREEPORT— Clark Development Corp. joined Clark Water Corp. in marking its 25th anniversary during a commemorative gathering held on Oct. 1 at the CDC Health and Sanitation Division Training Hall.

“CDC is very active in enabling Clark Water’s initiatives, and that’s where the good partnership between Clark Water and CDC comes in,” said CDC president and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera in a video message, citing the partnership between the two organizations.

She also expressed optimism for future collaborations, particularly with the implementation of the Rate Rebasing 2026 (RR26) exercise.

Clark Water president Melvin Tan acknowledged CDC’s role in supporting the company’s operations.

“Gusto kong pasalamatan, siyempre, ang ating partner dito sa Clark Water, [ang CDC]… Lahat po ng ginagawa namin dito sa Clark Water, sa pagseserbisyo ng patubig at wastewater services, hindi po namin magagawa ‘yun kundi sa support at tulong ninyo,” Tan said.

Clark Water has served as CDC’s utility partner since 2000, providing water and wastewater services to locators, residents, and industries within the freeport.

CDC officials present at the gathering included VP for security services group PMGen. Lina Sarmiento (Ret.), VP for legal affairs group and RR26 oversight head Atty. Gloria Victoria Taruc, construction management division manager and RR26 technical working group Chairman Engr. Rogelio Magat, and tourism promotions division manager Elenita Lorenzo and other members of the RR26 technical working group. CDC-PR
