High-value drug suspect yields P1.7-M shabu

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – Police seized P1.7-million worth of shabu and arrested a high-value suspect in an anti-illegal drugs operation in Barangay San Vicente, Sto. Tomas, Pampanga, at around 12:56 a.m. Feb. 25.

The suspect was identified as alias “Nato,” 41, a resident of Barangay Bulaon, City of San Fernando. Confiscated from him were 255 grams of suspected shabu valued at P1,734,000, along with a blue Redmi mobile phone and a black Mio i-125 motorcycle linked to the drug trade.

The successful operation led by the Pampanga Police Provincial Office’s provincial drug enforcement unit, in coordination with the Sto. Tomas Municipal Police Station and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 3 was hailed by Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jean S. Fajardo.

“This successful operation is a powerful message to drug syndicates—we will hunt you down and bring you to justice. With intensified intelligence and relentless operations, we will continue dismantling drug networks. We urge the public to remain vigilant and cooperate with law enforcement in reporting illicit activities,” said Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jean S. Fajardo as she commended the operatives led by the Pampanga Police Provincial Office’s provincial drug enforcement unit, the Sto. Tomas Municipal Police Station and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 3.
