lead the salary distribution of 215 beneficiaries of the Tulong Hanapbuhay Para sa Disadvantaged (TUPAD) program of the City Government of San Fernando on December 7. The benefi ciaries are from 29 barangays in the city and were tasked to work in cleanup and other emergency work from October 28 to November 8, 2017. Each has received a total of P3,800 in cash.
