BALANGA CITY — Many inland and beach resorts in Bataan were filled with visitors on Palm Sunday like the La Vista Resort in this city and Morning Breeze Beach Resort and Fajardo’s Beach Resort in Bagac, Bataan.
La Vista Resort
At this inland resort, many visitors enjoyed the swimming pools, the cottages, and areas shaded by trees where the chirping birds can be heard, making one feel close to nature.
A replica of a giant clay cooking pot or “balanga” stood near water slides down the swimming pools where many bathers stayed to beat the hot sun.
Open cottages were filled in the same way that all swimming pools were teeming with visitors.
There is a wave pool adorned with different replica of dinosaur and other big animals and a kiddie pool decorated with a pirate cove.
A group of visitors found time to dance the Zumba on the area shaded by trees.
Morning Breeze Beach Resort
This resort in Barangay Pag-asa in Bagac has attracted a big number of visitors, many swimming at the sea while others stayed in open huts to escape the hot sun.
The resort has a wide sandy beach located adjacent to the West Philippines Sea that has calm waters during summer, making it perfect for swimming and boat-riding.
Airconditioned cottages are available. Visitors from as far as Bulacan spent their Palm Sunday in this resort.
Fajardo’s Beach Resort
Like all other resorts in Bagac adjacent to the West Philippines Sea, visitors not only from Bataan but other areas trooped to this resort on Palm Sunday
Located among rows of beach resorts in Barangay Pag-asa, Fajardo’s is simple but cozy with many open huts and some airconditioned rooms to choose from.
Visitors enjoy swimming and merely staying and chatting in the open huts.
When tired from swimming and chatting, visitors can turn for another relaxation by way of playing billiards.
