Tarlac CIDG officer-in-charge Inspector Daniel Munoz Aquino , Jr. identified the suspect as Jocelyn Flores, 36, of Barangay Sta. Maria, Moncada, Tarlac.
She was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Francisco Quilala of the Regional Trial Court in Ilocos Norte with Criminal Case No. 303-2014 dated April 24, 2015 with recommended bail of P180,000.
SPO2 Gerardo Manuel of the Tarlac CIDG said that Flores is also known to be a big time gambler at the casino.
Her spouse (name withheld) who is still at large is a subject of manhunt of the authorities for carnapping in Ilocos Norte.
Flores is now under custody of the CIDG pending proper documentation and disposition.
The said accomplishment is in line with the CIDG Flagship project Oplan Salikop and Oplan Paglalansag Omega.
