OIC – Board Secretary Kenneth D. These consultations provide a crucial opportunity for both employees and employers to voice their concerns. The inputs collected will be thoroughly reviewed and considered, with a focus on the issues raised. We also want to reiterate that the Board is closely monitoring the existing socio-economic conditions in the region, the needs of employees and their families, and the employers’ capacity to pay.”
The RTWPB 3 Secretariat would like to remind everyone that to ensure a smooth and orderly process, interested parties are advised to coordinate with the secretariat. Those unable to attend the consultations will have the opportunity to participate in the Public Hearing, the schedule of which shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the region.
