BALANGA City: A visually-impaired musician received surprises from SM City Bataan as part of the supermall’s “100 Days of Joy Campaign”.
SM City Bataan public information officer Paula Gayeta said Saturday that person with disability Jerico Posilero, a talented musician from Mariveles, Bataan, was the recipient of surprise gifts from their mall.
During a regular day of busking at the SM City Bataan, mall management gifted Posilero with P10,000-worth of shopping, a brand – new guitar, a brand – new pair of shoes and a special dining experience with his kin.
The musician and his mother thanked SM City Bataan management for their support, saying they were deeply touched.
“SM City Bataan’s ‘100 Days of Joy’ continues to uplift and inspire through acts of kindness, touching the lives of people and showing that even the simplest gestures can make a big difference,” Gayeta said. (30)
