ANGELES CITY — Real estate agents from Manila, North and Central Luzon joined the Product Knowledge Seminar of the AC Beautiful Island Realty Development Corp. (ACBI) for it’s “The Infinity” project here on Tuesday.
“We put all our agents in one venue for the event called Product Knowledge Seminar,” said Aileen Unson of ACBI.
Unson said since their acquisition of the license to sell last May, they have started offering the property for lease and for sale.
“We are not just offering the property for long term lease, but we are also offering the property for sale,” she said.
“That’s our competitive advantage,” she added.
“So, what we are offering are commercial lots in The Infinity dubbed as the biggest business district in Central Luzon,” Unson said.
Aaron Trinidad, also of ACBI, opened the seminar with an introduction of The Infinity, a 40-hectare mixed used commercial development located at the gateway of Central Luzon and directly connected to the Northern Luzon Expressway (NLEx) via the Angeles Exit.
Trinidad said among the target market are business owners who want to expand what they have or multi-national business and corporate offices among others.
Unson said the main thoroughfares inside the subdivision are now open to the public.
“So, from Marquee, you can go to Clark (Freeport Zone) without going out of NLEx by passing through our Pacific Drive,” she said.
Unson said in 2023, the road going to Barangay Dau in nearby Mabalacat City will also be opened allowing for more access into the property.
“But the road network inside The Infinity is already there,” she added.
Some of those present said they have already seen the vast potential of the project as the next central business district north of Manila.
ACBI is a homegrown business and property mover of Pampanga and Central Luzon.
It is the real estate arm of the JENRA Group of Companies of the Tan family.
