MABALACAT CITY – The Hauslands Clarkway, the newest Blue Zone-inspired community in Barangay Duquit here, takes a major step forward today, August 15, with the official opening of its showroom and model units – Aira and Vera- and the start of its reservation period.
The celebration commenced with a Holy Mass, setting the tone of gratitude and blessing. Guests then gathered at the Spanish Garden for the unveiling of The Hauslands Clarkway Marker, followed by the groundbreaking of its signature Crand Entrance Gate – a symbol of the community’s modern contemporary design – with Glenn Glinoga, chief operating officer of Hausland Development Corp.; Mariano G. Tan, treasurer of Hausland Holdings Inc.; Wilfredo M. Tan, president and chairman of the board of HHI; Jose Pepito Tan, corporate secretary of HHI and Atty. Christopher Ryan Tan, chief executive officer of HHI.
The blessing of the model units was a highlight, offering visitors a first glimpse of thoughtfully designed spaces. The program concluded with the ceremonial planting of Pink Trumpet Trees, reinforcing the development’s commitment to green, sustainable living.
Among the attendees were prospective buyers, bank partners, Hausland Group executives and employees, and local government officials.
The guests enjoyed guided tours of the six lifestyle zones – The Courtyard, The Play Yard, The Grove, The Active Grounds, The Village Farm, and Pawsome Park— each crafted to inspire health, connection, and longevity. With reservations now open, The Hauslands Clarkway invites families to start their journey toward a longer, better, and happier life.
