MABALACAT CITY – The Hausland has launched its second project in Pampanga under The Hauslands brand, ending the year in its home-province after growing ventures in Zambales and Bataan. 

The Hauslands Mabalacat opened its door to 938 future homeownwers with the grand launch and open house held on Dec. 10-11. The site is conveniently located along Washington Street, Green Meadows Subdivision, Mabiga, Mabalacat City, next to Don Bosco Academy, around 6 kilometers away from Clark International Airport and major road networks.

Intoducing three modern units – Tawny, Saffron, and Amber – The Hauslands Mabalacat offers 2-storey townhouse units and single-attached house and lot, ranging from 66 sqm to 100 sqm, complete with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a powder room, living and dinning areas, as well as a carport.
