CASTILLEJOS, Zambales – A barangay tanod and a caregiver were arrested by operatives of the Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) of Castillejos PNP in drug operations here.
Chief Inspector Rolando Dellezo, head of Castillejos PNP, identified the suspects as Robert Domingo y Peloni, 44, member of BPSO of Barangay San Jose, Castillejos town, and Bismarck Dacayo y Dee, 42, a caregiver.
Report said, the duo conspired in selling illegal drugs.
Dacayo was a listed drug reformist in San Marcelino, Zambales.
Recovered from the suspects were eight heatsealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing approximately less than 3.0 grams and cash money amounting to P3,000.
Both suspects now face charges for violation of R.A. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) before the Provincial Prosecutors Office in Olongapo City.
